Galvanised Bugle Head Batten Screws
The low carbon content in stainless steel alloys prevents hardening by heat treatment, as such they are significantly weaker in than hardened steel. Where high strength is required, a hardened steel fastener with the addition of a galvanised coating may be preferred.
