Spelt PoziDriv. A later advancement over the phillips type, similar in design it adds additional slots and a more exact fit. This allows for greater torque to be applied, reducing the likelyhood of camout. Later the SupaDriv was developed to incorporate the allowance of a small angular offset in alignment between the screw head and driver. Both are interchangeable and compatible with the phillips drive.
