H3 Treated Pine
LOSP is a treatment that is usually a white spirit based solvent which helps to provide protection form insects and decay. When LOSP treatment is used your timber will remain more straight and stable in the harsh Australian outdoors.
LOSP = Light Organic Solvent Preservative.
H3 can be used when there is a minimum clearance of 300mm off the ground with adequate cross ventilation.
LOWDECK H4 TREATED SUBSTRATE
LOWDECK is Australia’s first GL8 Structural engineered bearers & joists treated to H4 for On-Ground use. Finally a timber subfloor solution made for Ultra-Low Decks.
Treated to H4 with Koppers Micro® Timber Treatment Technology, Lowdeck is protected from fungal decay, termites and insect attack. Suitable for in ground use and supported by a treatment warranty of 50 years. Engineered GL8 structural grade (roughly F7 equivalent) and double sealed with a high-quality oil-based primer to provide further protection.

FlameFixx BAL 40 Substrate
FLAMEfixx dFx® is an industry-leading, fire-retardant H3 timber subframe solution designed for use in Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) 40 areas. Height Adjustable Modular Joist Cradles for Ultra Low Decks
The DuoLift Joist Pedestal system was designed to make installation significantly easier, providing substantial height flexibility within four (4) stackable components. DuoLift removes the common problem of having to order varying height pedestals for a single area.

The DuoLift Joist Cradles can be used by itself for ultra low height installs or optionally extended with the modular accessories to achieve the self-levelling functionality and additional height ranges up to 350mm.
