The Klevaklip Patio Deck Kit provides a fixed height of 35mm to the top of the aluminium joist. Currently the lowest height of any off-the-shelf decking substrate system on the market.

Klevaklip designed the Patio Deck Kit PDKIT for those areas with minimal step-down form the house to your patio area. The Klevaklip Patio Deck Kit consists of an extruded engineered aluminium joist and nylon base clips, providing a height of 35mm top of aluminium joist height. This means that typical decking board arrangement can still be installed at less than 60mm over your concrete slab or tiled area.

Klevaklip now have readily available as an optional add-on Patio Deck Kit Height Adjuster, which clips onto the standard system and allows the aluminium joist to be adjusted in small increments to a new maximum top of joist height of 68mm.

The Klevaklip Patio Deck Height Adjusters are ideal for instances where you need to counter;

• Concrete Fall
• Or simply just want the joist height a little higher

The Nylon Base Clips provide a 4mm clearance over your concrete or tiled area

Q5. What are the approved adhesives for adhering the Trex Snap-Loc Clips to the aluminium joists?

Klevaklip approve the use of Soudal T-Rex Power Flexi or Fast Grab SMX Adhesive.

Please note it is essential to prime the top of the aluminium joists with Soudal Surface Activator, wait 10 minutes before applying approximately 6mm bead of Soudal Adhesive to the middle of the aluminium joists.
